DID YOU FAIL THE LCSW?

Did you fail the LCSW or LMSW test in NY?

How many times did you have to take it to pass?

This may not be your fault.

The Pearson Vue has failed over 50,000 people wrongfully in the last decade. They have had to pay millions of dollars in fines as a result! They have been cited by many states as incompetent. Unfortunately, the only way they are ever held accountable is when they cheat students and state agencies like the Board of Education notices. Check out Pearson Vue on Fairtest.com where they are exposed. Unlike state education exams, the LCSW and LMSW test takers are not identified (like school test takers) when they fail a test. As a result, Pearson Vue is most likely hurting these test takers as they have cheated the countless others in the past.

We are reaching out to students and professionals everywhere to compile a list of people who have failed this test.  We want to start a class action lawsuit against the test site because they have made errors in grading before. This kind of error has caused loss of income for many people.

If you have failed the LCSW exam or LMSW using Pearson Vue or know anyone who has email me at bakerdrake1971@gmail.com.

Apparently no one has ever complained to “fair test” about failing the social work exams. If you believe you passed after months of studying, buying the practice test and paying to retake the test, you probably did. Most likely, you were a victim of Pearson Vue test scams as were so many others.

Maybe your thinking that you just weren’t smart enough or did not study hard to pass the test and this is keeping you from complaining. Social work students are being quiet about this. Now is the time to act. Please email us your name and story immediately so that we can prove this is happening.

The test is so easy, why are people failing? Especially people who are not of the upper middle class or mainstream culture. Either the test is not equal or its graded incorrectly, I don’t know. But I would like to find out.

Not one failed social worker has called to complain that the test may have been graded incorrectly. Really? Maybe you did not fail. Perhaps the test was graded with the wrong answer key as has happened in different states about 60,000 times.

Class action suits against Pearson have been settled and won yielding millions of dollars. About 75,000 dollars per person for example. This has happened as a result of schools noticing the high percentage of failed students who took tests administered by Pearson Vue.

If only one person per school joins this settlement we can pursue this. You may be the only one in your class who failed, and I am sure you feel bad about that, but like we said, this may be an error and if it is: WE NEED TRANSPARENCY. Complain to Fail Test-they list a phone number on their website.  Email me directly at bakerdrake1971@gmail.com.

As an individual, you have no legal ramifications to ask Pearson for anything. They do not need to answer anything to anyone. As a group we can make a difference.

  1. Hi, I just failed the LCSW test examination for the second time. I paid for the http://www.socialworkexam.com, study the book of Dawn Apgar, investigated on my own, but still I failed. I got that the answer options provided are tricky. Even though I knew the answer, the options did not make any sense and I could notice so many mistakes in the question statement, that sometimes said subponea form lawyers and others times referred as a court order which makes the answer very different. contact me at: marcela_mdn@yahoo.com. I am Hispanic middle age. Thanks

  2. I’m in distress after taking the exam the second time and didn’t pass. Its disturbing to hear that other exam takers can take breaks and read study material in the break area, and eat snacks while they’re exam clock is placed on pause. For me I had a 4 hour exam and was told I could take a break but the timer will keep going. I was only allowed to have a drink but not allowed to eat snacks. I was very confident with my answer choices and believe it was some in accuracy in grading by Pearsovue. The guy also looked at my print out results carefully prior to giving me my print out. When I took a break the rep at the test center did not lock my screen, he only turned off the power on the monitor. In question about the policy of what is considered locking the screen “is there a break button” when I called Pearsonvue customer service 01/07/2021 @ 2:05pm, he replied not sure and didn’t want to waste my time of 45 minutes in speaking about my question, so he would like to go ahead to put a complaint in and provide me with contact information to put my concern in my own words. I’m a black female age 36.
